LABOUR ORDINANCE OF SABAH LABOUR (LIMITATION OF OVERTIME WORK) (SABAH) RULES 2008
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 104(7) of the Labour Ordinance of Sabah [Sabah Cap. 67], the Minister makes the following rules:
1. Citation These rules may be cited as the Labour (Limitation of Overtime Work) (Sabah) Rules 2008.
2. Limit of overtime work The limit of overtime work for the purpose of subsection 104(7) of the Ordinance shall be a total of one hundred and four hours in any one month.
